One or two people will find our apartment has the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday:

The elegant large living room with built-in kitchen is bright and friendly. Both look out onto manicured gardens and medieval tanner's houses. A spacious hallway with walk-in closet leads into the large bathroom, which offers unique comfort with its underfloor heating.

Washing machine and dryer use :
The economic area is our workplace and private area.
We therefore ask you to take your laundry back to your apartment after using the machines.

Dear Guest,
we make every effort to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. You should therefore know what services we provide for you, what we are responsible for and what obligations you have towards our company. Please note the following Terms and Conditions, which regulate the contractual relationship between you and us and which you acknowledge with your booking. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation has been ordered by the guest and confirmed by the host. The landlord undertakes to make the reserved accommodation available to the tenant. Otherwise damages are to be paid. If the tenant does not use the booked accommodation, there is an obligation to pay the host as follows: In case of cancellation less than 43 days before arrival, 30%, less than 29 days before arrival 50 %, less than 15 days before arrival 80 % and in the event of no-show, later arrival or early departure, 100% of the agreed rental price will be charged. If a replacement occupancy is possible, we only charge an administration fee of €25. This is also payable in the event of cancellation made more than 42 days before arrival. The guest is liable for damage caused by him, his children, visitors or pets. |
